Internet, it’s only been about two years since I’ve written to you. It’s not like anything interesting can happen in two years, such as getting another dog, or becoming a vegetarian, or buying a house or anything. Oh, wait, I did those things.
I did something really smart; I started a blog a few months before I began grad school. Now I’m only a few months away from graduating, and I want to start focusing on preparing more food (I took a fairly significant break from regularly cooking for myself). I’m going to overhaul the blog and record my cooking process once again.
